Hilding Anders approached us to create a best-in-class shopping experience to better reflect their Hespo brand and guide customers on the journey to a healthier sleep.
Based on extensive research, including buyer persona insights interviews, we designed an online shop that:
- educates and guides the customer at every step of their journey — including an interactive mattress guide
- makes it easier for customers to make the buying decision online — including photography art direction and a bed configurator with 3D/AR preview
- enables cross-selling and delivers on business KPIs
The new online shop yielded a 4x increase in conversions and a 2.6x increase in net sales over the previous version.
