Creating compelling storytelling for the website and the website design
This is one of our favorite stories of how we acquired this project. Back in 2020, we designed a website for Vista Data Vision, an Icelandic software company looking to expand into international markets by refining their value proposition and website presence. In 2021, a US company, Bentley Systems, acquired Vista Data Vision.
In 2022, Bentley wanted the same approach for their new solution website. Bentley was in search of someone who understands the industry and the buyer persona. They were seeking assistance in defining unique selling points (USPs), clearly communicating all the benefits of their complex infrastructure intelligence solution, developing compelling storytelling, and, of course, designing it. In essence, Bentley was looking for us.
User needs research
We talked with dozens of professionals and decision-makers to understand how they look for, evaluate and choose infrastructure intelligence solution
Website design and storytelling
We wrote and designed the new website so it directly addresses buyer personas’ needs and decision criteria while communicating the value proposition
Sales deck
We created a compelling sales story that's aligned with the main narrative and sales goals
Content structure and information architecture
Understanding the buyers’ decision making process allowed us to create a content structure and information architecture that resonates with target audience. We emphasize and highlight aspects of the product offer that they seek and care about.
Storytelling and design
By reusing the vocabulary we gathered from user research, we were able to write and design in the language spoken and understood by the target audience. This involved removing unnecessary language and visual elements that do not add value.
Sales deck
Creating a compelling sales deck is effortless when you understand your client’s product, industry and customers. Leaving enough wiggle room for the sales team to personalize their approach.
